started operations in January 2003, as a strategic partner
of PHILIPS Medical Systems Korea, selling Patient Monitoring
System, Fetal Monitoring System, and Telemetry System,
which are all CMS business lines of the Phillips Medical
Systems, and had been supplying various medical equipment,
including the American company Imaging Diagnostic System
Inc.¡¯s (IDSI) CT Laser Mammography(CTLM), American Company VIKING's 3D
endoscope equipment, Japan company ELLTEC¡¯s Blood Warmer
equipment,
American company Iradimed's MRI Infusion pump equipment, and English company RIGEL Medical¡¯s
Biomedical Equipment Measuring and Analyzing equipment
to renowned domestic university medical centers.

Through our American based corporation,
LeoMedics America, which has its headquarters in
California, we are concentrating efforts to develop the
world¡¯s highest quality medical equipment utilizing Optic
and Laser technologies (video monitor diagnosis and treatment
equipment, and new concept product Pulse Oximeter, etc).
To accomplish this, we have entered a research partnership
with the world¡¯s best medical equipment research laboratory,
Beckman Laser Institute, which is an auxiliary research
center of the University of California,Irvine (UC, Irvine).
